Our Process
With our signage services, you can pick and choose which of the stages might be most appropriate for your needs and dependent on how involved you want to be in project delivery.
2) Surveying
Our in-house survey team will attend site and confirm dimensions, the suitability of the initial signage specification and identify any potential installation issues that can be mitigated prior to project commencement.
This information will be fed back and will act as the main basis for any required art working and visualising.
1) Consultation
By talking with you, we identify what you are looking to achieve and will recommend specification dependent on your budget. We will happily sketch out ideas taking into account the local environment, what might be permissible and marry it up with your vision and ambition.
If necessary, we will provide samples of ideas so that you are clear as to what our recommendation involved and how it ties in with your aspirations.
4) Project Managing (Including Planning)
Our Project Managers have many years of delivering signage projects between them and will ensure that any recommended specification and rationale is fully understood by the client. They will oversee the manufacturing process to ensure there are no mistakes during the production process.
Our over-riding principle – consistency in approach from start to finish.
3) Design & Artworking
Once the survey has been carried out and specification confirmed, we will produce a visual/design pack detailing specification of all the signage components and what it will all look like once installed.
We do not progress to any manufacture until the visual is signed off and you are 100% happy with what will be delivered – we can also generate the artwork if necessary.
6) Installation & Logistics
As PDSI began in business by supplying install only services there is not a lot we don’t know about this aspect of service delivery!
Signage and graphics types vary massively – our in-house team of install engineers will ensure the smooth application of the signage scheme while ensuring they meet all on-site health and safety requirements. We operate UK and Europe wide so we can take care of any sites here and abroad.
5) Manufacturing & Sourcing
Our whole motivation and drive of our service to you is to take away any hassle and concerns and ensure that all signage and graphics are produced and supplied as per agreed specification. We use our expert knowledge to define, assess, supply and install signage.
